Quatro is a personal spending tracker. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account information — your email address, used only to sign you in via a magic link. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive only the identifier Apple provides.
• Transaction data — amounts, descriptions, categories, dates, and quadrant assignments that you enter manually. This data belongs to you.
• Period preference — whether you use weekly or monthly view.
• Crash reports — anonymous crash and error logs via Sentry, used to fix bugs. No personal data is included.

What we don't collect

• We do not connect to your bank or financial accounts.
• We do not collect your location.
• We do not run ads or sell your data to anyone.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the app — syncing your transactions across your devices and showing you your spending. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in Sydney, Australia. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data.

Subscriptions

Quatro offers an optional premium subscription (Quatro+) through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription management and billing are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details. Subscription receipts are verified via RevenueCat.

Data deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Children

Quatro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
